I never thought the day would arrive, but it came and went. The closing went smoothly and last Friday we were handed the keys to our new house! It has been so exciting moving in and getting situated. We really love this house, it is perfect for us. Tevez absolutely LOVES his new backyard. The landscaping still needs to be completed, but he is having fun running circles after his tennis balls. We are still waiting to move our furniture and a few other things for the apartment. My brother will be here Wednesday to help out, which we REALLY appreciate. As an anniversary gift for each other, we bought a bedroom set and painted our master bedroom and bathroom. It is still a work in progress but should be looking good very soon! The rest of the house we plan on tackling little by little. It is just so nice to have extra space to stretch out. It is going to keep us busy for awhile, but we are really enjoying every bit of it, even taking the trash out to the curb. I can already picture us sitting out on the patio every night (all year long out here:) ) .
